Features: This "Outline of Physiology" follows the traditional chapter division principles of physiology and is divided into 12 chapters. Each chapter consists of three related parts: learning objectives, learning content, and review questions. The learning content of this book is presented in the form of an outline, concisely summarizing and compiling the general physiology textbooks used in higher medical schools in Mozambique according to the requirements of the "Physiology Outline." The purpose is to enable readers to improve their professional skills and meet the needs of self-study and examination in a relatively short time. To help readers assess their learning outcomes after self-study and review, this textbook provides 10 sets of combined physiology test papers in the appendix. Each set consists of four types of questions: definition of terms, fill-in-the-blanks, multiple-choice, and short-answer questions, totaling 430 questions. The reference answers for each question are provided at the end of each set for readers to consult when necessary. These 10 sets of combined physiology test papers can serve as references for setting questions for various physiology exams and as mock exams for self-assessment during review and preparation. This textbook can be used as a basic reference for teachers and students in higher education institutions such as medical, pharmaceutical, agricultural, and normal universities when conducting regular physiology teaching. It is also suitable for scientific and technical personnel in the medical and health system, agricultural, and normal education systems to prepare for professional qualification exams, as well as for medical and healthcare professionals taking self-study exams.
