A low was visible at the fundus, measuring about 1.2cm x 1.0cm, with clear boundaries and relatively flat surface. The endometrial thickness was about 2.0cm, and no typical gestational sac echo was observed within the uterus. No significant abnormal was noted in either lateral area.My last menstrual period started on January 3rd. Today is March 1st, and my period has not arrived.
