Looking at China today, "comprehensively building a moderately prosperous society" has become the theme of socio-economic development, a song echoing across the land, one of the most important issues addressed by the 10th National People's Congress and the 10th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and the common aspiration of the entire Chinese people.
