Introduction: With the improvement of people's living standards, their health awareness has also been gradually enhanced. The public is gradually shifting from the previous "passive treatment upon illness" to an "active participation in disease prevention" mindset. This necessitates simple and easy-to-understand, highly practical dietary science popular science books for everyone. As the saying goes, "All medicines have side effects, and food supplements are better than medicine supplements." In daily life, scientific dietary planning can not only allow people to enjoy delicious food but also nourish and regulate their bodies, achieving the goal of "treating diseases when sick and preventing diseases when healthy." Moreover, dietary health care is characterized by safety, no side effects, convenience, and ease of adherence.
Given this, we have organized and planned a series of illustrated books titled "Dietary Therapy for Health Preservation," which are rich in scientific rigor, practicality, operability, and beautifully designed. The first batch of the series introduces 20 titles, focusing on dietary health care for common diseases such as insomnia, dizziness, and pediatric conditions. It also includes dietary therapy for special groups like adolescents and postpartum women, as well as scientific dietary planning for healthy individuals throughout the four seasons, featuring teas, soups, porridge, and dishes.
The features of the series are as follows:
(1) Illustrated with colorful visuals, offering a visually appealing experience;
(2) Simple and easy-to-understand text with strong guidance. Each volume includes dietary recipes and preparation methods, with most titles providing a detailed analysis of the nutritional components of the main ingredients and finished products. Additionally, they introduce the characteristics of the dietary recipes and health tips, emphasizing both Western and Eastern medical perspectives.
We hope that the publication of this series will help the general public eat wisely and stay healthy!
