1. "China National Standard Collection" is a large-scale, comprehensive collection of national standards. Since 1983, it has been published in both hardcover and paperback formats, issued in booklets in order of the national standard numbering. This "Collection" reflects, to some extent, the basic situation and major achievements of China's standardization cause since the founding of the country, and is an essential reference for standardized management authorities at all levels, industrial and mining enterprises, agricultural, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishery systems, as well as research, design, and teaching departments.
2. This "Collection" includes all officially issued national standards of China. If there are missing numbering in the booklets, they are either obsolete standard numbers or blank numbers, except for special cases where it is noted.
3. Due to the synchronization between the publication of this "Collection" and the release of new national standards, the press will publish the newly formulated national standards of the previous year before each annual edition to facilitate timely use by readers. The publication format remains unchanged, and the booklet numbers will continue to be sequentially extended.
4. As standards are constantly revised, revision information cannot be fully and promptly reflected in this "Collection." In response to long-term reader requests, since 1995, in addition to compiling the newly formulated national standards of the previous year for this "Collection," we have also added the compilation of revised standards published in the previous year. These revised standards are published in separate booklets according to their length. The main title, version format, and cover design of these revised standard compilations are the same as those of "China National Standard Collection," but they do not occupy the main booklet numbering. Instead, they are marked with "Revised in 20XX -1, -2, -3, ..." on the cover and spine as a supplement to this "Collection." Readers who purchase these can collect all newly formulated and revised national standards of the previous year.
5. Due to changes in reader demand, starting from the 201st booklet, only hardcover editions are published. This is the 305th booklet, which includes the new version of national standards GB19398～19428.
