Features: Certification systems are internationally recognized practices. The fundamental basis for implementing product certification is standards. Only by strictly adhering to standards can consumer safety and property be protected, and the legitimate rights and interests of consumers be safeguarded. To support the implementation of mandatory certification systems in China and provide enterprises with favorable technical references, we have compiled this "Standards Collection for Mandatory Safety Certification of Electrical Products." This series of collections gathers mandatory safety certification standards for electrical products issued by the National Standardization Administration of China (the collection volumes are based on the Implementation Rules for Mandatory Product Safety Certification). However, over time, by the end of 2002, when the manuscript was finalized, some standards had been replaced by new ones. If the general requirements of both the old and new versions are referenced by multiple clauses in different product standards for convenience of readers, we have collected both versions. If such cases do not exist, we only collect the new version. Additionally, we have compiled another related standards collection, primarily focusing on referenced standards in the "Standards Collection for Mandatory Safety Certification of Electrical Products," including measurement methods and technical requirements. This series of collections is divided into the following volumes:
