Features: As a book introducing and researching multinational corporations, we have structured the entire book based on the current depth and focus of China's research on theories of multinational corporations. The content of this book is broadly divided into three parts. The first part focuses on theoretical and general analysis. The second part primarily studies the fundamental issues of the management and operation of multinational corporations. The third part particularly emphasizes the greater impact multinational corporations will have on China after China's entry into the World Trade Organization. We propose, as a host country, how to leverage foreign investment while enhancing the competitiveness of domestic enterprises to meet the challenges brought by multinational corporations to the host country. This conceptual framework makes the content of the book more aligned with China's national conditions and economic development practices. This is part of our responsibility as educators and theoretical researchers, and it is also the reason we titled the book "New Perspectives on Multinational Corporations." During the writing process of this book, we have incorporated a significant amount of research findings from scholars both domestically and internationally, and we deeply feel the value and guiding role of the work of pioneers in this field.
