Publishing Date: 2005-01-01
Features: To implement the requirements of General Secretary Hu Jintao regarding the institutionalization, specialization, and socialization of employment services (referred to as the "New Three Transformations") during the National Re-employment Work Symposium, further improve the functions of employment services, enhance the quality and efficiency of employment services, provide convenient and efficient services for job seekers and employers, and better promote employment and re-employment efforts, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security issued the "Notice on Strengthening the Institutionalization, Specialization, and Socialization of Employment Services" (No. 103 of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in 2004). In the context of increasing labor mobility, compiling and publishing the "National Directory of Vocational Introduction Organizations" is foundational work to help public employment service institutions in various regions achieve the "New Three Transformations" of employment services. It plays a significant role in enabling information sharing and business collaboration among national vocational introduction organizations, strengthening communication and cooperation between employment service institutions and enterprises and schools, and comprehensively improving the quality and efficiency of employment services. For this purpose, the Training and Employment Department of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security issued a call for contributions, and local labor and social security departments conducted thorough investigations, specifically collecting, organizing, and reporting the basic information of tens of thousands of vocational introduction organizations across the country that had been approved by various levels of labor and social security departments. This information was carefully reviewed and edited by the Editorial Committee of the "National Directory of Vocational Introduction Organizations" and the "Zhíyè" (Employment) magazine, forming the first directory-style reference book in China for vocational introduction organizations—the "National Directory of Vocational Introduction Organizations." The information in this book is authoritative, accurate, and comprehensive, serving as an important tool for horizontal communication among national vocational introduction organizations, labor markets, and human resources companies. It is also a powerful assistant for public institutions' human resources departments, universities, colleges (vocational and technical colleges), and vocational training institutions in conducting job searches, recruitment, and student employment work. We hope that the publication of this reference book will make its due contribution to promoting the "New Three Transformations" of China's labor market! Due to the tight compilation schedule and the large volume of information, this "Directory" may inevitably contain omissions and errors. We hope readers will promptly provide feedback to us so that we can make timely corrections.
