Features: Effective enterprises are always created by learning individuals who build learning organizations, and vice versa. The purpose of the enterprise, the personality needs of employees, and the leaders, along with market demands, guide the continuous development of individuals and organizations. With the globalization of the market, intense competitive pressures, and the shortening of the knowledge aging period, people need to consciously pursue continuous self-improvement to develop their social interaction skills or "emotional intelligence." In the era of rapidly advancing electronic communication, more and more people are stepping outside their own conversation circles. Some of them realize their lack of social interaction skills, which involves abilities like engaging in conversations, actively discovering and listening to others' opinions. Electronic communication through personal computers often forces users to make "yes" or "no" choices, oversimplifying the process and disconnecting from the mutual exchange and creativity of group work. It leaves participants no opportunity to carefully examine the mindset, intentions, and accessibility of others involved in decision-making and finding solutions. As a result: the planning, promotion, and hosting skills essential for group work are not developed. All participants feel a sense of monotony, with "chain reactions" and shirking responsibility prevailing. In meetings and project group discussions, confrontation replaces facilitation, and unconscious reactions replace contemplation. Therefore, I support the publication of this book "Planning. Promoting. Hosting" not because I believe reading it can eliminate the negative experiences I have described. Rather, it keenly and timely identifies the relevant issues, points out directions, and thus helps avoid such problems. Additionally, reading this book can provide valuable training and inspiration for those who intend to participate in planning, promoting, and hosting work. The book introduces many techniques and methods, offering space for personalization and authenticity.
