Which infertility cannot be treated?

Patient's question:

Doctor, our unit's Xiao Li is 29 years old this year and has been married for several years. She has always said that she has seen many doctors and has not seen any effect. Hello doctor, what are the that cannot be treated? Thank you.

Doctor's answer:

Regarding which infertility treatments are not possible:
1. No uterus: The uterus is the place where a fetus is born. Without a uterus, it is naturally impossible to conceive. Since there is no uterus, there will also be no menstruation. However, due to significant advancements in IVF technology, women without a uterus will have the opportunity to flexibly use surrogacy techniques to "get" their own biological children but will be unable to carry the pregnancy themselves.
2. Turner Syndrome: Turner Syndrome is caused by a missing X chromosome in a female's genetic makeup. A normal female has 46 chromosomes, including two numbered as X. However, women with this syndrome have only 45 chromosomes, lacking one X chromosome. As a result, the ovaries of these women do not fully develop and cannot produce eggs, making it impossible for them to conceive.
