Features: The Enterprise Trainer System is an important component of the professional qualification certification system introduced by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. It is one of the major measures taken by the Ministry to improve the quality of employees in enterprises and strengthen the capacity-building of human resources. The implementation of the Enterprise Trainer System in China is not only a need for the development of the training industry but also a necessity for national economic construction and enterprise development. Its emergence and development are both a historical inevitability and a result of China's reform and opening-up. The development and writing of Enterprise Trainer textbooks were carried out in synchronization with the formulation of the national professional qualification standards for Enterprise Trainers. While experts were researching and formulating the national professional qualification standards for trainers, a textbook development working group was also established. The working group conducted preparatory work such as collecting domestic and international information and materials related to textbook development, based on the dynamic and content of the standards. When the standards were basically finalized, the outline for textbook writing was also completed. After the standards were reviewed and approved, the textbook writing process was immediately launched. During the writing of the textbooks, we adhered to the professional characteristics of Enterprise Trainers and the requirements of the professional qualification standards, insisting on the principle that the knowledge and skills needed for job roles are sufficient, practical, easy to operate, and easy to understand and learn. We also strived to provide the latest information, knowledge, and technical methods in enterprise training from both domestic and international perspectives, as well as relevant information, knowledge, and skills that can be referenced in conducting enterprise training. The development and writing of the textbooks were largely based on the standards but were not limited to their content. The purpose was to provide trainers with greater scope for work, enabling them to better grasp the pulse of enterprise needs and thus ensure that training work keeps pace with enterprise development.
