Centered around the theme of rights protection, we have published a series of related books. However, labor and social security issues are highly policy-driven, with new policies constantly being introduced, all of which are closely tied to the immediate interests of workers. Our goal is to promptly convey the latest national policies to the general public in an accessible manner. To this end, we have organized the writing of the "Golden Kangaroo Series: Policy Q&A Series," aiming to further meet the public's demand for knowledge about labor and social security laws and policies, enabling ordinary citizens to understand policies and consciously safeguard their legitimate rights.
This series is edited by Yan Baoqing, Director of the Policy and Regulations Department of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, with contributors from policy-making and research institutions in the labor and social security field. Authoritative and practical, yet easy to understand, this series is its greatest feature. We hope it meets your needs. The series is suitable for both ordinary workers to read and for labor and wage (human resources) management personnel in enterprises, as well as labor and social security legal and policy consultants to reference.
