What are the symptoms of blocked fallopian tubes?

Patient's question:

I've been married for 4 years, and I've been preparing to have children since the wedding, but I've never been able to conceive. Tests revealed mild fallopian tube blockage. Now I'm actively treating it, but why don't I feel any symptoms of this condition? Shouldn't there be some symptoms?

Doctor's answer:

Tubal disease is a major cause of infertility. Obstructive causes include miscarriage surgery, pelvic inflammatory disease, ectopic pregnancy, and IUD removal, which can easily lead to tubal inflammation and tubal blockage, resulting in tubal obstruction infertility. The symptoms of tubal blockage are generally: abdominal pain and menstrual cramps. However, many women ignore these symptoms, delaying the condition. Wishing patients a speedy recovery and good health!
