Is the probability of male infertility high?

Patient's question:

I'm almost afraid to enter because I thought my wife and I were married without children, but it was actually her question. However, I have also been experiencing frequent ED recently. When I went for a check-up, I found out it was caused by a blocked vas deferens. Hello, is the probability of male infertility high?

Doctor's answer:

It is not possible to confirm male reproductive diseases that may also cause infertility. If you feel that there are abnormalities in your body, it is recommended to go to a regular hospital for a thorough examination. However, in general, cases of male infertility are extremely rare unless it is due to hereditary transmission across generations, or due to postnatal personal hygiene issues. The male needs to have a sperm quality check to assess the sperm's motility, liquefaction process, and survival rate, among other factors. The female needs to have an examination to determine the maturity of the eggs, in addition to checking how the fallopian tubes are functioning and whether there is an autoimmune response to sperm. It is still recommended to go to a large, specialized hospital for examination and treatment.
