Features: Since the reform and opening-up, China's economic and technological development has achieved remarkable accomplishments that have attracted worldwide attention. However, intellectual property remains both familiar and unfamiliar to the Chinese people. Enterprises in developed countries, especially multinational corporations, have long mastered the rules and operational skills of intellectual property, adept at using it to protect their growth and suppress competitors. Therefore, learning about intellectual property, mastering it, and learning how to leverage it to protect and develop oneself in the market competition to gain the initiative and win this war without smoke is an urgent task for Chinese enterprises, with significance no less than technological innovation. Based on such considerations, we conducted research and surveys and wrote this booklet, "Intellectual Property and Market Competition," hoping it will be helpful to Chinese enterprises.
