The judicial examination has become a must-pass path for Chinese legal professionals due to its authority and practicality. How to combine classroom learning with judicial examination preparation is a key issue we focus on. To address this, we have created a "Judicial Examination Column." The main functions of the "Judicial Examination Column" are as follows:
1. Integrating classroom learning and judicial examination review—The "Judicial Examination Column" follows the corresponding chapters, allowing for synchronized classroom learning and examination review, complementing each other.
2. Corresponding study of the examination syllabus and essential laws—For specific points of the syllabus, it provides relevant legal provisions, making key provisions clear and identifiable.
3. Self-assessment using past judicial examination questions—Matching relevant legal provisions, it includes past examination questions with reference answers for timely self-assessment.
This series is aimed at legal students and other professionals, focusing on the intrinsic connections between legal provisions, arguments, and cases. It organizes related theoretical viewpoints, analyzes typical cases, outlines specific normative systems, and bridges theoretical learning with legislative practice. It cleverly combines classroom learning with judicial examination review. The goal is to provide authoritative learning guidance for legal professionals, strengthen the weak links in Chinese legal education, and promote the professionalization and in-depth development of Chinese legal education.
The economic law texts included in this book are compiled according to the requirements of the economic law course content. Economic law is one of the fourteen core and main courses established by the Ministry of Education of China and is also a secondary discipline of law formed based on economic law as its primary research subject. As a legal system for state intervention in economic life, economic law is a highly socially applicable, broadly encompassing, and rapidly developing emerging legal department. It is also one of the six fundamental legal systems recognized by the national legislative body. Therefore, offering the economic law course aims to enable students to master the basic theories and general legal provisions of economic law, cultivate their practical ability to solve various legal issues in social and economic life, and enhance the adaptability of economic law professionals to the urgent needs of market economic development and state intervention practices.
