British criminal justice process

Features: This book aims to provide a broad range of coverage on the criminal justice process, but finally it proved beyond our capacity to give a complete explanation of the criminal justice process. We could neither provide the depth we desired for the issues discussed nor cover other worthy topics that would make this book more comprehensive. Particularly, the practical issues that program managers face daily, such as managing case loads and controlling budgets, although these issues have a very important impact on the composition and characteristics of the entire process, we were unable to discuss them. Although the influence of international norms on domestic criminal justice process systems is increasing, we also do not have space to explore this issue in detail. Although the scope of the impact of international standards on domestic criminal justice process systems remains to be studied, it is hard to imagine the progress of legal reform in a country that does not value the norms and standards recognized by the international community and used to evaluate more and more systems. The criminal justice process in England and Wales has been relatively closed for a long time, but now, as many authors have pointed out, it can no longer remain unaffected by external factors, and these external factors will continue to become part of all criminal justice processes.
