Features: This journal is sponsored by the Research Center for Civil and Commercial Law, School of Law, Fudan University, edited by graduate students, and focuses on civil and commercial law as its research field. We sincerely hope to receive strong support from scholars and experts at home and abroad and welcome submissions. We will treat all submissions with enthusiasm and diligence, strictly following established procedures for selection. There is no limit to the length of submissions, and we particularly encourage manuscripts exceeding 20,000 words. Due to limited resources, we cannot return manuscripts; authors are requested to keep their copies. If a manuscript has not received a decision after one month, it may be withdrawn at the author's discretion.
The journal adopts a footnote and page numbering citation style. Submissions should include a 200-word abstract in both Chinese and English at the beginning. Please provide the author's name, title, position, institutional affiliation, and postal code. Upon publication, any excerpt, translation, or reproduction of the submitted work requires prior written permission from the editorial office. For translated works, translators must resolve copyright issues with the original work in advance. Do not submit the same manuscript to multiple journals. If multiple submissions or other behaviors cause any loss to the journal, the editorial office reserves the right to pursue legal action.
