Features: China's entry into the World Trade Organization (WTO) has a positive significance for the development of the Chinese economy. This means that the Chinese economy has truly become part of the world economy. Open markets, unified rules, orderly competition, and effective regulation are inevitable requirements for the new economy. Whether it is government departments, enterprises, economic organizations, or even every individual, all must adapt to the demands of the new economy and learn to use the new economic rules to promote the development of the Chinese economy. These are all the new economic rules established by WTO. To protect China's economic interests and promote its development, we must not only understand and adapt to the rules but also learn to use them. In the process of applying the rules, we inevitably encounter a large number of legal documents. Due to the complexity and abundance of WTO-related legal documents, it is impossible to include them all. Considering the practical needs of enterprises, this book selects 51 foreign-related legal documents closely associated with WTO as reference samples for readers. It also provides necessary explanations on the use of these samples, serving as a guide for reference and application in foreign economic activities.
