Features: The Yangtze River Delta is one of China's most economically developed regions. Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai are geographically adjacent, culturally close, economically integrated, and share rich resources and convenient transportation, making the area a key tourist destination for domestic and international travelers. In line with the trends of reform and opening-up, economic development, and social progress, the provinces and municipalities of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai have recently achieved significant regional tourism cooperation, forming a strong overall competitiveness of regional tourism economy. Leveraging the continuous and rapid economic growth of the two provinces and one municipality, the tourism industry's foundation has been increasingly consolidated, with notable acceleration in growth. Promoting the development of the tourism industry hinges on strengthening infrastructure. The tourism management authorities of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai have worked together to foster regional cooperation and emphasize the integration of strengths, accurately capturing the direction of development. On this basis, they jointly compiled and published the "Yangtze River Delta Essential Tourist Attractions Guide," which will also serve as a training textbook for tour guides in Zhejiang and Shanghai. Using education and training as a breakthrough point for regional cooperation is a highly meaningful exploration and a positive initiative and encouraging achievement for the collaborative and interactive development of the tourism economy in the Yangtze River Delta, adapting to industrial progress. We look forward to continuous progress in the regional cooperation of Yangtze River Delta tourism, contributing more to the development of China's tourism industry.
