Features: With the acceleration of the construction of network literature resources and D databases, the work of processing literature data through computers has become increasingly important. To meet the needs of bibliographic data establishment in libraries and other literature institutions, to achieve standardization and normalization of this work, and to ensure the joint construction and sharing of online bibliographic resources, this book was compiled by the "ILAS" development team and the CRLNet network center. This regulation follows ISBD and the Chinese Bibliographic Description Standards (GB3792 series), is based on the revised "UNIMARC Manual" by IFLA in 2000, and incorporates modifications from the National Library's "Manual for the Use of Chinese Book MARC Format" (finalized in April 2000). Therefore, it possesses high authority and standardization.
