Features: In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, to further improve the national occupational standard system and provide scientific, standardized, and authoritative references for vocational education and training, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security organized relevant experts to formulate the "National Occupational Standard for Social Sports Instructors."
1. This "Standard" is based on the "National Occupational Classification Catalog of the People's Republic of China," with the objective of objectively reflecting the current level of this profession and the requirements for practitioners. Taking into full consideration the impact of economic development, technological progress, and industrial structure changes on this profession, the scope of occupational activities, job responsibilities, skill requirements, and knowledge levels have been clearly defined.
2. The formulation of this "Standard" adheres to the relevant technical specifications, ensuring both the normalization of its format and the reflection of its orientation toward occupational activities and core skills. It also maintains flexibility and practicality, allowing for adjustments in response to technological advancements, making it suitable for training, assessment, and employment needs.
3. According to relevant regulations, this profession is divided into four levels in this "Standard," with each level including four aspects: occupational overview, basic requirements, job responsibilities, and assessment weight.
4. This "Standard" was completed through the collaborative efforts of relevant experts and practitioners.
5. This "Standard" has been approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and shall come into effect as of August 7, 2001.
