This part includes two chapters: Chapter 4 on Socialist Enterprises and Modern Enterprise Systems, and Chapter 5 on the Operational Mechanism and Economic Accounting of Socialist Enterprises. This part primarily explains the nature of enterprises as subjects of the market economy, their operational mechanisms, modern enterprise systems, organizational forms, and enterprise management. Part III is the Socialist Circulation Process and Market System. This part includes two chapters: Chapter 6 on Socialist Commodity Circulation and Markets, and Chapter 7 on Socialist Finance and Banking. This part primarily explains the close relationship between socialist commodity circulation and the movement of capital and material flows, which are also analyzed in this part. Part IV is the Social Reproduction and National Economic Management. This part includes five chapters: Chapter 8 on Socialist Economic Growth and Industrial Structure Optimization, Chapter 9 on Socialist National Economic Aggregate and National Income Distribution, Chapter 10 on Socialist Personal Income Distribution and Consumption, Chapter 11 on the Socialist State's Foreign Economic Relations, and Chapter 12 on the Macro-Control of the Socialist National Economy. This part primarily explains the overall process of socialist reproduction, the distribution of national income and personal income, and the macro-management and control of the national economy by developing socialist market economies. The last chapter on the reform of the socialist economic system in the second edition was incorporated into Chapter 1 and Chapter 3 based on the basis of this management system reform and China's market economy target model, becoming an integral part of the theoretical themes of these two chapters, and no longer a separate chapter.
