Features: In the current reform of basic education, there are three major tasks:
First is the implementation of quality-oriented education. Implementing quality-oriented education is a significant issue facing every educator. Quality-oriented education is a very complex issue, and different people have different understandings, but most agree that the core of quality-oriented education is the cultivation of innovative spirit and creative ability.
Second is curriculum reform. The Third National Education Conference held in 1999 and the "Plan for Education Revitalization in the 21st Century" approved by the State Council and forwarded by the Ministry of Education both proposed the task of developing and constructing a new basic education curriculum reform system for the new century, marking the beginning of the new round of basic education curriculum reform. This curriculum reform has six specific objectives: the transformation of curriculum objectives, the transformation of curriculum structure, the reform of curriculum content, the reform of curriculum implementation, the reform of curriculum evaluation, and the reform of curriculum management.
Third is strengthening teacher training. The fundamental purpose of education is to promote the all-round development of students, and the key to student development lies in teachers. The quality of teachers is the prerequisite for students' development. Understanding the physical and mental development of students is the basic condition for teachers to achieve success in education and teaching. Therefore, to implement quality-oriented education in scientific education and effectively cultivate creative talents, it is necessary to have a certain theoretical basis and to understand the development of scientific creativity in adolescents.
Scientific creativity is a scientific ability, the product of the combination of the general creativity development of adolescents and scientific education. It is a high-level comprehensive ability developed on the basis of scientific observation and experimental skills, scientific thinking skills, scientific learning skills, and the ability to analyze and solve scientific problems. Like other abilities, the scientific creativity of adolescents gradually forms and develops. During the development process, it is influenced by various factors such as innate conditions and postnatal environment. At different stages of an individual's life, it exhibits different characteristics and development trends, and the individual differences in the development of scientific creativity are also very obvious. Therefore, studying the development and cultivation of scientific creativity in adolescents is of great significance.
