Features: Over the past 50 years of working, Academician Shen Zhujiang has published over 100 academic papers on soft soil foundation, earth-rock dam engineering, and the fundamental theories of soil mechanics. This collection selects most of these papers (papers published after 2000 are not included), totaling 79 articles. These papers reflect, from one perspective, the trajectory of academic research development in the field of soil mechanics over the past 50 years. Some papers in this collection are internal reports or manuscripts that have not been publicly published, and for these papers, as well as those that were previously published in smaller journals or conferences, the collection includes the full text. However, some papers were previously published in major national journals. Due to space limitations, only the abstracts of these papers are included in this collection.
