Features: The Higher Education Self-Study Examination is a new form of higher education that is led by national exams, based on individual self-study, and supported by social assistance. This series is aligned with the examination requirements, based on the self-study examination syllabi for various disciplines promulgated by the Ministry of Education and the unified textbooks designated by the Ministry of Education, and focuses on providing guidance in accordance with the requirements and format of the national unified examination. It emphasizes the cultivation of examinees' analytical, writing, and answer-solving abilities on the basis of mastering basic knowledge, basic theories, and basic skills. Each book strives to be concise in content, brief in language, reasonable in format, clear in structure, accurate in interpretation, and focused on analyzing and explaining key, difficult, and confusing points. The explanations are easy to understand and presented in an accessible manner. The included question types and answer examples are comprehensive, covering a wide range, and are beneficial for examinees to understand and master the course. To help examinees in various regions who are taking the Higher Education Self-Study Examination in law (including law, lawyers, correctional management, public security, etc.) better study and prepare for the exam, we have organized experienced teachers and scholars who have engaged in teaching and guidance for the law major self-study examination to compile this series of "Course Self-Study Examination Guidance and Solutions." "The Self-Study Examination Guidance and Solutions for Financial Law" is based on the "Self-Study Examination Syllabus for Financial Law" formulated by the National Higher Education Self-Study Examination Guidance Committee and the designated textbook "Financial Law" for the National Higher Education Self-Study Examination, and is compiled based on the self-study examination situations over the years.
