Features: China has never had "private law" since ancient times. There were no "private law relationships" among the people. Even marriage relationships were under control. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, "private law" was still not recognized, and civil law was treated as public law. Even in civil litigation, there was "unlimited intervention." This situation greatly hindered the development of our country.
