Hu Shi Collection (10)

Author: Ouyang Zhesheng (Editor)
Publisher:
Publish Date: 1998-11-01
Features: This volume is a newly compiled collection titled "Collected Academic Works Outside the Hu Shih Collection," featuring academic papers, book reviews, and notes by Hu Shih that were not included in his "Collected Writings of Hu Shih" or other standalone publications. During his lifetime, Hu Shih only compiled his major academic works before 1935 into "Collected Writings of Hu Shih," and no further academic articles were compiled into a collection afterward. After his death, his unpublished works were organized into "Manuscripts of Hu Shih" and "Unpublished Drafts and Secret Letters of Hu Shih." This volume selects the finest of Hu Shih's published academic works that were never compiled into a collection, as well as his unpublished manuscripts, for inclusion. Suitable for readers with a high school education or higher.
