Features: This book is a teaching reference for the "Civil Procedure Law" in the 21st Century Legal Education Series textbooks. The entire book is structured according to the chapter format of the textbook. In line with the textbook's characteristics, each chapter is divided into several sections such as summary of key points, Chinese legislation, foreign legislation, judicial interpretations, and references. It aims to provide more detailed materials for those engaged in legal education and learning, supplementing the shortcomings of the textbook and complementing its use. This book is fully synchronized with the textbook. In terms of content, during the writing process, a fundamental guiding principle was to avoid repetition. Therefore, the content of this book is essentially supplementary, and content covered in the textbook, especially basic concepts, categories, and knowledge-based content, is avoided as much as possible. Of course, there are still unavoidable repetitions in some cases for the sake of narrative convenience. For the convenience of research and understanding, we have also specially appended legal provisions at the end of each chapter, including relevant provisions from Chinese and foreign laws, as well as judicial interpretations made by the Supreme People's Court that are still effective. This can also be considered a feature of this book.
