Features: The "She Ethnic Group Studies Series" was jointly planned by the Institute of Anthropology at Xiamen University and the Institute of Anthropology at Fujian Normal University, inviting experts and scholars in She ethnic group studies to collaboratively compile it. This is the first series of books on She ethnic group studies in China and one of the few existing series focusing on the research of a single ethnic minority. The series aims to explore the history and culture of the She ethnic group based on previous research, combining academic rigor with readability to reflect the current level of She ethnic group studies. Therefore, this series does not provide a comprehensive popular introduction to She ethnic culture, but rather selects the highlights of She ethnic group studies—i.e., the most representative aspects of She culture and the insightful, breakthrough, and pivotal topics in the field of She ethnic group research—for in-depth study, forming the overall content of the series.
