Features: The International Business Society is an international academic organization with 2,700 independent members distributed across 65 countries. The Journal of International Business Studies (JIBS) is one of the society's key publications, focusing on publishing the latest research in the field of international business. Not only can members in the 65 countries where the society operates access JIBS, but nearly 100 universities in countries worldwide subscribe to it, and the combined population of these countries accounts for approximately 99% of the world's total population. It can be said that no magazine has a broader geographical reach than JIBS. From the 30-year publishing history of JIBS, we have selected 10 papers that have won the JIBS Decennial Best Paper Award and compiled them into an anthology for publication in China. This is done with the hope of providing some assistance to China's emerging multinational corporations, as well as economic administrators, entrepreneurs, and scholars who currently lack extensive experience and access to relevant data.
