Features: The works in this book have been accumulated over the years, arranged according to Wei Shi's life timeline from his position as Vice Minister of Luoyang to his tenure as Governor of Suzhou, compiled into nine volumes in chronological order. Poems whose years of composition are unknown are collected into one volume and listed at the end. After the annotations for each poem, pre-existing comments by scholars are appended for reference. The collation of this book uses the photocopied Ming Jiajing edition of Wei Jiangzhou Ji by Huayan as the working basis. The main reference texts include the following: the Song-era printed Wei Yingwu Ji from the book stall edition, the Yuan-era printed Wei Suzhou Ji from the Masha edition, combined to form a complete set, abbreviated as Song Printed Yuan Combined Edition. The photocopied Ming Chongzhen edition of the Tang Six Masters Collection from the Jiguang Pavilion in Hanfen Tower. The Qing-era edition of Tang Four Masters Poetry by Wang Liming, abbreviated as Wang Edition.
