According to the "Teacher Qualification Regulations," one of the conditions for serving as a higher education teacher is the completion of courses such as "Higher Education Psychology." Therefore, the Ministry of Education's Personnel Department organized experts to compile this pre-service training textbook. This book is divided into five parts: Psychology and Higher Education, Psychology of Higher Education Institutions, Teaching Psychology in Higher Education, Moral Education Psychology in Higher Education, and Teaching Design and Evaluation in Higher Education. It is suitable for training college teachers who have not taken this course and also serves as a reference for faculty and students in higher education institutions.
