Features: To showcase the achievements of literary creation since the founding of the country and promote the further development and prosperity of socialist literature in China, we have successively compiled and published the "Selected Works of Contemporary Chinese Writers Series." This series selects representative works such as short and medium-length fiction, poetry, and essays by writers who have made significant contributions to literary creation since the founding of the People's Republic of China. Each volume features one writer and contains approximately 350,000 words, accompanied by the author's photograph, autograph, and a list of their main works. This is designed to align with the "Selected Works of Modern Chinese Writers Series" co-edited by our press and Hong Kong Joint Publishing Company, forming a complete series. From each volume, readers can gain an understanding of a writer's fundamental creative style and achievements. Collectively, the series provides an overall overview of the basic landscape and major accomplishments of contemporary Chinese literary creation.
