Features: According to the plan for compiling the series of selected important documents since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, approved by the CPC Central Committee, following the publication of the first volume of "Selected Important Documents since the 15th National Congress" in April 2000, the second volume is now published. This book includes important documents from March 1999 (the second session of the Ninth National People's Congress) to March 2001 (the fourth session of the Ninth National People's Congress), totaling 71 articles. Among them, 23 documents, laws, and plans issued by the CPC Central Committee, the National People's Congress, and the State Council are included, as well as 48 reports, speeches, and articles by central leaders. Twenty-four important documents are released for the first time. All writings by central leaders have been reviewed by the compilers.
