Features: In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, to further improve the national occupational standard system and provide scientific and standardized references for vocational education, vocational training, and occupational skill assessment, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security commissioned the China Petrochemical Industry Association to organize relevant experts to formulate the National Occupational Standard for Crystal Workers.
1. This "Standard" is based on the "National Occupational Classification Directory of the People's Republic of China," with the objective of objectively reflecting the current level of this occupation and the requirements for practitioners. It clearly defines the scope of occupational activities, work content, skill requirements, and knowledge levels, taking into full consideration the impact of economic development, technological progress, and industrial structure changes on this occupation.
2. The formulation of this "Standard" adheres to the relevant technical specifications, ensuring both the normalization of its format and the reflection of its orientation toward occupational activities and core skills. It also maintains flexibility and practicality, allowing for adjustments based on technological advancements, and meets the needs of training, assessment, and employment.
3. According to relevant regulations, this "Standard" divides the occupation into four levels, covering four aspects: occupational overview, basic requirements, work requirements, and weight tables.
4. This "Standard" was completed through the joint efforts of various experts and practitioners.
