They should be able to read and understand contemporary works accurately, comprehend moderate-level classical Chinese texts, and explain common words, phrases, and linguistic phenomena. They should be able to analyze the ideological content and writing techniques of articles with a certain level of literary appreciation and comprehensive analytical ability. They should master the writing knowledge of common genres, be able to comprehensively apply various expression methods, and possess high writing skills.
