Features: To implement and support the decision of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) to implement the Civil Aviation English Project, this textbook aims to help cabin crew improve their professional English proficiency and adapt to the development needs of the civil aviation industry, thereby providing better services to passengers. With strong support from the Education and Science Department of CAAC and the Civil Aviation University, the English Teaching and Research Office of the Adult Education College of the Civil Aviation University, all teachers have worked diligently. Based on years of experience in cabin crew English training materials, a wealth of resources has been collected and this Cabin Crew English Course has been compiled. Cabin crew members are well aware that relying solely on enthusiasm and a smile is not enough to provide excellent service to passengers without proper in-flight English communication. To improve the in-flight English communication skills of incumbent staff, the teachers of the English Teaching and Research Office have conducted oral practice sessions based on in-flight service procedures, drawing on years of teaching experience. Additionally, to broaden students' knowledge and familiarize them with the service procedures of foreign airlines, this book has selected reading materials suitable for intermediate English-level readers. This helps to enhance students' reading skills, expand their vocabulary, and deepen their understanding of the global civil aviation industry, laying a solid foundation for cabin crew to pass the intermediate English examination.
