Features: Intermediate Chinese Listening and Speaking is designed for second-year foreign students majoring in Modern Chinese. Foreigners who have mastered the basic grammar of modern Chinese and more than 2,500 words can also use it. Upon completing this book, students should be able to understand Mandarin Chinese at normal speed in daily social communication and conduct relatively fluent and accurate conversations and extended expressions in Chinese. This textbook consists of 32 lessons, with every three lessons forming a unit, each accompanied by a "Unit Practice" lesson. Each lesson is divided into two main parts: Listening and Speaking. The listening section includes three listening passages. Recording 1 is the main listening passage, accompanied by vocabulary (including English and Japanese translations), explanations of key terms, and exercises. Recordings 2 and 3 only require students to understand the main content, without new vocabulary or explanations of key terms, and include one to two exercises. The listening passages are attached at the end of the book for reference. The speaking passages are thematically coordinated with the main listening passages and as closely aligned in vocabulary and sentence structures as possible. The "Unit Practice" reviews the three lessons in the unit, with the review methods roughly divided into listening and speaking training. The review of vocabulary and sentence structures is either through single-item exercises or integrated into the listening and speaking practice. This audio tape is the audio for the book "Intermediate Chinese Listening and Speaking" and consists of 6 tapes.
