Features: The author has been engaged in standardization work for 30 years and has always focused on enterprise standardization issues. As early as the early 1990s, he successively taught enterprise standardization knowledge to standardization departments and enterprises in more than ten provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions), including Shanghai, Zhejiang, Anhui, Henan, Jiangsu, Xinjiang, etc. At the same time, he conducted in-depth research into the content and methods of enterprise standardization work in some representative enterprises and participated in the drafting and review of the "Outline of Enterprise Standardization Work" organized by the Standardization Department of the National Technical Supervision Administration. Later, he continued to study the principles and fundamental objective laws of enterprise standardization work in China's machinery, petroleum, power, and other industries through various methods such as training standardization reviewers and planning enterprise standard system tables. He successively compiled works such as "Standardization Management" (1989, 1993, 1997, 2003 editions), "Guidelines for Writing Enterprise Standards" (1993), "Market Economy and Enterprise Standardization" (1994), "Standardization Workers' Handbook" (1998), and "Standardization Engineers' Handbook" (2004).
In particular, in 1993, he was invited by the Ministry of Metallurgy and the China Enterprise Association to participate in the summary of Baosteel's modern management experience and compiled the book "Baosteel's Standardized Operations as One of Baosteel's Modern Management Series," proposing his personal views on how to carry out enterprise standardization work under the market economy system. In 2001, based on exploring advanced scientific experiences in modern enterprise management, the author completed the publication of "B Management Model." It is the basic scientific management model pursued by enterprises, other organizations, and other entities in the 21st century for excellence. This model uses standards as a link to integrate quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, and measurement management systems into a unified comprehensive management system, truly reflecting the role, management methods, and management tools of standardization in enterprise management in the 21st century.
