Compared to other vocabulary books, the revised All-New English Majors Vocabulary for TEM-4 has the following advantages:
(1) Comprehensive coverage of syllabus vocabulary. The book includes approximately 8,000 entries, fully covering the foundational vocabulary from the Comprehensive Vocabulary List for English Majors in Higher Education, while also incorporating some high-frequency vocabulary from the TEM-8 list.
(2) Unified inclusion of must-learn phrases. The book highlights key phrases required by the syllabus in bold for easy distinction and memory, and also includes common collocations for words, enabling candidates to use English more fluently.
(3) Detailed and vivid differentiation of usage. The book distinguishes between key, difficult, and easily confused words in terms of meaning and usage, helping students master vocabulary through comparison. The explanations provided reflect the grammatical functions and usage features of the words, allowing readers to expand their vocabulary quickly.
