Features: The knowledge system of management is divided into three levels. The first level is the core knowledge of management, which is only applicable within the field of management and not in other fields. The second level is the knowledge of fields related to management. This knowledge can be applied both within the field of management and in other fields, and management only absorbs the knowledge that is useful and relevant to management work. The third level is the fundamental knowledge that constitutes each relevant field. The combination of core management knowledge is organized within the framework of management processes, that is, management knowledge is organized around the main functions of the management process. In addition to the above reasons, the adoption of the functional framework is also because: first, it is easy to understand, which is beneficial to the dissemination of management knowledge; second, it can distinguish management knowledge from specialized knowledge in non-management fields; third, it can integrate the useful and relevant knowledge obtained from all schools and methods. The process framework, as a method, uses this framework to absorb and integrate the knowledge and methods of various schools. The management knowledge system can integrate the knowledge of various schools that is relevant to management work and also defines the scope of management. Every discipline has its own scope of research, and the scope of research and knowledge of management is defined by the management work of managers, not all-encompassing. Disciplines are mutually influential. The research in management needs to adopt research methods from other disciplines and also absorb knowledge from other disciplines that is relevant to this discipline, but it does not need to include all these disciplines within the scope of management.
