Doctor's answer:
This is a blood stasis syndrome in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) differentiation. Clinically, it is characterized by aching pain as the foundation, accompanied by distending pain when qi stagnation is present, and aching pain when cold signs are present. Additionally, not all blood stasis can be detected. However, it may be reflected in the pulse. If left untreated, the pain may persist indefinitely. Young patients with robust constitutions may be cured. Those over forty or with weak constitutions may experience symptom relief as qi and blood gradually decline. Limited to pain without other adverse reactions, only a very small number of patients may be disturbed in their normal work. The daily treatment for gynecological disease patients primarily involves symptomatic treatment.
