Features: To enable researchers working in the laboratory to quickly understand the basic conditions of the laboratory, master relevant experimental techniques and methods, and smoothly complete scientific research work, we organized relevant personnel, referred to domestic and international related materials, and compiled the lecture notes "Neurological Experimental Techniques" for reference use by relevant researchers. We adhere to the principle of combining theory with practice and revising while practicing. After nearly years of trial use and repeated revisions, the final version was completed, attempting to serve as a trial teaching material for graduate students majoring in neurology at our university. This book mainly introduces relevant technical methods in neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, neuropathology, neurobiochemistry, neuroimmunology, neuroimaging, and neurogenetics related to neurological research. It also introduces techniques closely related to cerebrovascular diseases, such as local cerebral blood flow measurement, dynamic blood pressure measurement, coagulation and fibrinolysis system function testing, cerebrospinal fluid detection techniques, biopsy techniques and nerve blockades related to neurological diseases, as well as animal experimental methods, commonly used animal models, and neural stem cell techniques commonly used in basic neurological research. The content of this book is presented from simple to complex, emphasizes practice, and is highly practical, meeting the needs of graduate students majoring in neurology to carry out scientific research work, and can also be used as a reference for researchers in related fields.
