In line with the "Opinions on Promoting Excellent National Cultural Traditions Through Traditional Festivals" issued by the Central Propaganda Department, the Central Committee for Civil Affairs, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and the Ministry of Culture, this blessing album is specially planned and produced by the authoritative national folk culture research institution, China Folk Cultural Heritage Research Association. It is jointly supervised and issued by the two authoritative appraisal institutions, the China Folklore Society and the China Coin and Stamp Collection Union.

For the first time in China, a pure gold-cast commemorative medal featuring Su Dongpo's poem "Water Margin Moon" ("") and a domestically produced, ink-painted gold leaf painting of "Chang'e Flying to the Moon" are included. Both are made using micro-nano gold dissolution and laser printing technology, consuming 1.815 grams of 99.9% pure gold. A total of 62.207 grams of 99.9% pure silver is used.
4. The Beijing Stamp Factory, under the National Postal Service, has printed and issued a limited-numbered, numbered, and (limited edition) "Golden Autumn Full Moon" personalized anti-counterfeiting small sheet of 15 pieces. For the first time in China, this small sheet comprehensively and systematically presents the Mid-Autumn Festival and related customs in the form of Chinese painting art. Each small sheet features a unique anti-counterfeiting fluorescent stamp of the "Golden Autumn Full Moon" that appears red under a currency detector.
5. The blessing album includes all 20 precious commemorative stamps issued by the National Postal Service on the theme of the Mid-Autumn Festival.
6. It includes the only one (Great Wall) circulation commemorative coin issued by the People's Bank of China.
