"Happy World Village" employs a unique design that better stimulates children's imagination and attention when learning basic or advanced reading and listening skills. We hope that through this learning method and the use of foreign languages, children can lay a solid foundation for further studies and enhance their competitiveness in future academic and social environments. In the context of global economic integration and informatization, learning foreign languages has become increasingly important. Mastering one or two foreign languages is a fundamental quality for innovative talents in the 21st century. English, due to its widespread application, has become the most widely used international language, while Japanese is also necessary for us to learn because of Japan's economic status in the world. Many child educators and psychologists, after years of dedicated research, generally agree that the best time to learn foreign languages is during childhood, especially between the ages of 6-12. Therefore, we invited language experts from the United States and Japan to compile this bilingual English-Japanese learning CD-ROM, with the aim of helping children lay an early foundation for learning foreign languages, immerse themselves in the atmosphere of foreign language learning, and experience the joy of language learning. For this purpose, the planning of this CD-ROM did not follow the conventional teaching process of introducing letters, phonetics, and grammar first. Instead, it emphasized the practical and functional aspects, with all content revolving around various aspects of children's daily lives and featuring everyday phrases. This approach helps to dispel the mystery and abstractness of foreign languages, cultivate interest in learning foreign languages, and lay a solid foundation for future studies.
