How to deal with moderate to severe cervical erosion stably?

Patient's question:

I noticed that I have been having a bit more leukorrhea recently. Besides the odor, I didn't take it seriously, thinking it was due to improper hygiene. Yesterday, we went for a health check-up at the company, and the result was that I actually have moderate to severe cervical erosion. My overall physical condition is otherwise good. I want to ask the doctor, what should I do about cervical erosion?

Doctor's answer:

Moderate to severe cervical erosion should be tested with cervical TCT and HPV for a thorough examination to rule out the possibility of cervical cancer. Cervical erosion is primarily caused by chronic cervical inflammation. If the erosion is due to inflammation, it can be treated with physical therapy or the LEEP procedure. If it is not caused by inflammation and there is a risk of cancer, surgical treatment is necessary. I do not recommend that you be anxious. Regular health check-ups with TCT annually can help rule out cancerous changes leading to erosion. In fact, cervical erosion is not something to be afraid of. Patients should believe that they can overcome the illness. As long as it is treated promptly in the early stages, the chances of controlling the condition and recovery are very high.
