Features: The "Case Studies and Commentaries" were compiled as a reference book for the "Telecommunications Law" course and are designed to be used in conjunction with the "Telecommunications Law Tutorial" (published by the Law Press in 2005). Telecommunications law is a highly specialized and applied field of law. Through case studies and commentaries, readers will be able to enhance their ability to comprehensively apply legal principles and relevant systems. This book was co-authored by Zhang Chu, Liu Likai, Zuo Xiuyang, and Liang Xingguo, with the following contributions: Zhang Chu is responsible for the overall design and final editing, and has written the 2nd, 3rd, 7th, and 8th cases. The 2nd and 3rd sections, as well as the cases in the 2nd section not otherwise noted, were written by Liu Likai. Zuo Xiuyang wrote the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 11th cases in the 2nd section.
