Features: Criminal Procedure Law is a highly applied discipline. In the teaching of Criminal Procedure Law, case teaching serves as both an important content and an important method. As personnel engaged in the teaching and research of public security law, our mission lies in conducting in-depth rational thinking through the integration of theory and practice, guiding students to select and adopt correct concepts, enabling them to accurately understand the essence of legal norms in specific cases and contexts, and improving their ability to apply the knowledge of Criminal Procedure Law to solve practical problems, thereby achieving benign interaction in criminal procedure practice. This book comprehensively and systematically summarizes and explains the basic concepts, fundamental knowledge, and core theories of Criminal Procedure Law in the form of case analysis. The selected cases cover each chapter and section, consisting of several parts such as case introduction, issues, and analysis, with emphasis on the analysis section to enhance the depth of this case textbook. The compilation of this textbook aims to help teachers enrich teaching content, reform teaching methods, and improve teaching techniques; and to assist students in enhancing learning abilities, improving learning methods, achieving comprehensive understanding, and applying knowledge effectively. This case textbook is based on the current Criminal Procedure Law, while also referencing some publicly published or featured cases. We express our sincere gratitude for this.
