Features: This book is based on the theoretical research of predecessors and has been formed through continuous reflection on teaching. It aims to provide teachers with some ideas, viewpoints, and methods/measures to address classroom discipline and other issues, hoping to offer some help and reference for teachers' classroom organization and management. The book is divided into three main parts:
Part 1 elaborates on the basic concepts related to classroom teaching organization and management, such as "the classroom," "the organization of classroom teaching," and "the management of classroom teaching."
Part 2 specifically analyzes the organization of classroom teaching, proposing two major principles: "static organization"—the design of classroom teaching, and "dynamic organization"—the dynamic balance of classroom teaching. It also analyzes the basic requirements for teaching organization at each of the four stages of classroom teaching progress.
Part 3 addresses issues that interfere with and affect the smooth progress of classroom teaching, such as classroom discipline, proposing a new concept for classroom teaching management: "prevention first, control second." It provides a detailed analysis and discussion of this concept. Additionally, this part offers some constructive management methods and measures for handling "troublesome students" and managing events in the classroom.
